Can I return or exchange merchandise?
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.
How can I pay?
We offer you 2 payment methods:
Pay with PayPal – secure payment via PayPal account or with card.
Pay with Stripe – stripe easily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and almost any other kind of credit or debit card.
When will payment be taken?
Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order.
How much is shipping / postage?
Shipping on all orders is $8.00.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, our system generates a tracking number and Chels Closet will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
How many days until the goods are delivered to me?
Shipping on all orders may take up to approximately 14 days.
Do you personalize / customize jewelry?
No. Chels Closet DOES NOT personalize / customize jewelry.
